The feature public park includes a 1 acre green space intended for a range of event uses. The park is intended for use by community groups and events that activate the park and draw people to the area.
Our proposal includes a multi-use path around the site. The path starts at Dewdney Ave. and follows the perimeter of the site, using the green space created by the berm to provide viewpoints of the development. The path will incorporate points of interest, native plants, public art installations, and opportunities for Indigenous history -- providing points of interest and learning as users circle the site.
Spray pad, playground, walking paths, seating area, beautiful green space with lawn and significant tree cover. Plaza spaces connect to the park and adjacent buildings, making the space flexible to operated for various events.
